The common thread in my career has been to develop organizations, visions and ideas and to be the initiator of innovation, initiates and executes new methodology of teaching and administration in different environments.
As a Principal and Professor, I contribute actively to the development of teaching and administration of innovative methods. I have a proven track record devising, evaluation and implementing continuous.
My style of professional leadership is based high ethical standards combined with strong communicative abilities, able to listen and get the message through in a dear and respectable manner.
My research experience....
During, 2006-2007, I worked as a scientist at Sairam Organics, Hyderabad, India, next two years I worked as a Group leader at Survival Technology, Gujarath, India and next three years worked as a Research Scientist at Natson Laboratories, VIZAG, India. In Izen Bioscience, Hyderabad, India worked as a scientist for a year and I was invited by Denmark Government to work as a Scientist at Acubators Aps, Denmark & Vectom Inc., US got opportunity to utilise my services as a scientist for three years.
My Teaching experience....I worked as senior Lecturer in Chemistry in corporate colleges in Telangana.
Founder of Educational institutions:
Earlier to my research work, I also established the best educational institutions in Hyderabad, India. My own institution is Srinivasa Junior college, Thumukunta, Hyderabad and Srinivas educational institution, Malkajigiri. I gave strong foundation in my chemistry subject along with Mathematics and Physics also. I also gave free of cost education to students who are unable to pay the fee. My students are working at world's best institutions like software and industries.

I completed my Post graduation in Chemistry during 1996-1998 and I was awarded Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D,) from JNT University, Hyderabad in the year 2006.
